As the president is speaking in front, Young Allih's dad and the rest of police officers are listening to President Rody Duterte and the president actually saw Young Allih is standing with the police, President Duterte came to him and he salute to President Duterte.
He feels so proud that he was able to personally salute the president and it seems that the president is enjoying boy's company too! What a cool kid!
